Kao odgovorna izvršna vlast, u veoma složenom ekonomskom periodu, Vlada Crne Gore ovim Projektom pokazuje da ne želi da čeka kada su u pitanju vitalne potrebe građana, Projekat “1000+” potvrđuje angažovanost Vlade na pronalaženju konkretnih rješenja i na njihovoj realizaciji na načelima potpune transparentnosti i pravičnosti.
